Yanfeng requested our assistance to develop a special packaging design to replace their higher cost packaging. It was a very special project because we had to respond to the client’s need in less than 24 hours.

We managed to deliver the packaging design within two days, obtaining the first approval from the direct client. We then sent the packaging prototype to Tesla in California, USA, and expedited the product with
internal delivery in just one day. The user at Tesla approved the design in a day and authorized Yanfeng to proceed with the proposed packaging production.

But it didn’t end there. We had to deliver the packaging for use in production lines within a week, so we hired extra personnel both in the plant and distribution center, as well as on-site at the client’s location. We also established an additional production line at FORM to meet the commitment.

By focusing on teamwork and our values at FORM, we managed to deliver to the client in less than two weeks. The future deliveries were on-time, especially since Yanfeng had no impact on their production processes and did not stop production lines.
